We want to reassure you that any subscription linked to a purchase is clearly presented during the checkout process and confirmed by email, so customers can review their options before completing their order. We never intend for any part of the process to feel unclear or misleading.
If you’ve received items you no longer wish to keep, return details are included on your invoice and they can be sent back free of charge via our Royal Mail returns portal for a full refund.

They do not address complaints, do not accept proof of cancellations, they are condescending and patronising and unprofessional.
