I am always informed of new products, kept up to date when orders will be dispatched including when there are delays. At one point I was receiving too much mail, so I changed the way I was contacted....
Sometimes good, sometims bad service.
If You don't have coin in your store don't sell them. I wait for Remembrance coin from a month and every week I get one email "sorr we still wait for a stock"....
