Very thorough, polite, and knowledgeable easy to book and extra discounts was great, Joe was superb and did not feel pressured at all, makes a nice change
An excellent experience. Very good support, particularly in the visa application process, advice regarding e-sims and how to pay in China.
The tour itself was well organised and all activities...
Very pleased with the support Cheryl has given leading us to book a holiday in Japan and Hong Kong. Plenty of helpful advice and guidance and no pressures on us. Hoping this bodes well for our trip...
Matt was very polite and helpful. He explained everything very clearly. I asked him lots of questions and he was more than happy to answer all my questions. I felt very reassured and well informed.
