Jade provided a good amount of information and was responsive to additional requests for further information.
Follow up from Andrew with a further incentive of a discount, resulted in a booking.
Lots of clear brochure information, including price structure and good detail about the tours. Friendly and helpful staff, and a very straightforward and positive experience overall!
