Chui 就 Wendy Wu Tours 说了什么:
Good customer service, very helpful and patience, make the booking effortless.
A very friendly and efficient advisor answered all my questions patiently. I was impressed enough to make an immediate booking and full details were sent to me immediately.
The team answered all my questions fully and made the booking process easy. Pleasant to talk to and helpful. I would have made it 5 stars, but I had to remind them to send my email confirmation.
Very good service but very disappointing that the so called loyalty bonus is not applicable with any other offer. S o loyalty NOT rewarded. It should not be called a loyalty bonus.
