absolutely terrible, got sold a house with a double garage that i was unable to use as there was no keys provided on completion, when queried was pretty much told i need to pay for this.

Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any missing keys at any point during the transaction. If we had known, we would have advised you as soon as we knew so there was complete transparency.
