Hi there, I have looked into this for you using the order reference and I can see that you placed your order on the 16/08/2021 online and paid for a 5 day production service. There are no records to say that you have contacted us to rearrange your order to be a 4 day production instead. Production days refers to how many business days it will take to process your order, approve designs and then produce the item, so this doesn't include the time it takes for it to be delivered. I can see that the production for your item finished on and was sent to despatch on the 23/08/2021 which is 5 business days after the order was placed. I can also see that after it was sent to despatch the item was delivered on the 25/08/2021 which falls within the standard delivery time for the Royal Mail 24 service. I am sorry if there has been any confusion caused.
