Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry you found our process difficult. I have looked into your order; you had requested to have 30 separate lanyards with separate names on each design. We asked on an email on the 6th of September if you required a design or colour for all thirty lanyards, we did not hear from you so not to delay further we sent proof's (pictures) for you to approve of a white background and all the names separately in order 1- 30. We send proofs (pictures) for our customers to check spellings/design/colour prior to a signature from you to request to print. Our customers can request amendments on each proof/picture if you wish to revise colour /design. We received your digital signatures for the plain white background, which then took the order to print. We are sorry this may have been confusing to you and should you wish to make a repeat order again with us we can create new artwork with a design or colour, just call and speak to our fabulous team in customer service and they will be happy to help you.

We thank you for your feedback and we are sorry you feel this way, I have investigated your views and have the answers that should help to understand our process. Firstly "Painful Process" Creating artwork into a visual proof can be time specific to maintain all designs are eventually accurate for our customer's needs. We pride ourselves on this method so not to invite errors in haste for your disappointment. Secondly "Parts of Orders Missing" Upon your order you had two separate products. The first a "subscription" to our "Web Bureau" portal for identification cards, this allocates your company to create cards quick and easily at the comfort of your office and request prints throughout the years to come. Therefor these are printed as and when you have made the request. Secondly your Lanyards, we produce here and once printed we dispatch accordingly. In the Month of September, we were at our highest level of production/orders and your quote was sent for a 15-day turnaround due to high demand, to which you made the payment and received confirmations of dates. We are sorry if you felt this was a painfully slow process.
