Hello Laura, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the colour of your product and timings, and I have investigated and seen no communication of contact to our customer service team direct to advise you of our findings. If you had of called the team or emailed in or even asked for guidance on our online website chat, we could have informed you of the reasoning. I see you placed an order for a bespoke design and created the colour online without our creative teams advise, if you had a specific colour reference, we urge our customers to chat direct on our online service that can be located on our website to maintain an absolute match, your proof you would have seen our statement below- "Whilst every effort has been made to copy artwork provided, certain pantones have a tolerance of -10/+10% colour variation. The colour artwork/proof may vary due to different settings on individual monitors" Regarding the bespoke design and quick turnaround, lanyards take five working days to produce as they are your own bespoke print so not a next day delivery. Once we have shipped after five working days the sixth is your delivery date and all this information is stated with dispatch dates prior to payment on our website. Moving forward if you wish to arrange a new print with an exact colour match, I can arrange a discounted rate and complimentary artwork handling along with test strips to maintain exact colour satisfaction.
