Thanks for your feedback. Sorry that you have had this problem with our rigid card holders. Our previous supplier for these card holders has unfortunately gone into liquidation. So we have purchased from a new supplier which provides a similar product but unfortunately there has been a small percentage that aren’t up to our normal high standard. We have contacted our supplier with this feedback and they will be issuing us a new product in the near future. We will be contacting you shortly to discuss and resolve this issue.
