Artwork proofs were wrong on more than one occasion, poor communication – information doesn't get passed on correctly. Lanyards and ID cards were sent in two separate shipments, which is useless....

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry that you were not completely happy with the service provided. At the time your order came in we were experiencing some staffing issues and unfortunately were not able to meet all deadlines. We send out the ID Cards and lanyards in different shipments, as they go through different internal systems. Your feedback is important to us and I will pass on your comments to our team.
