Hi there, we are sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't as good as you have previously experienced and we understand that issues with delivery can cause a lot of stress. We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we have despatched orders on time and when they are taken by our courier, the timing and organisation of the delivery is out of our control. Usually, our couriers have been reliable but due to covid-19 they have had issues with delivering orders on time because they have been short of staff and with restrictions easing, roads have been much busier and it has been difficult to get into contact with them for updates. Again, we are sorry to hear about your recent experience with us and thank you for your patience during this time.
