Easy to navigate website and fine tune cover to suit needs.

Took a long while to answer the phone, but after that, the person I spoke to was fine seemed quite knowledgeable although they had to read out a lot of Legal mumbo-jumbo

Easy and quick phone call to establish my needs, and done in 15 minutes.

Very helpful. Pretty simple process by phone and came up with an affordable policy. Not sure about the £20 charge for booking via the phone agent. Seems a bit excessive.
