Hi Thanks for your feedback. Having investigated this I can see that what has happened is that you purchased one policy which was your personal travel insurance and this was processed normally, hence why you received an email saying it was live. You then tried to purchase a second policy foe European Breakdown Cover and there was an issue with the payment being collected by SagePay, hence why you received an email from the system correctly telling you that there had been a problem. The European Breakdown Cover policy does cover caravans, assuming they meet the dimensions on the policy, however it requires the user to tick the appropriate box to add that to their policy and pay the additional premium, which you hadn't done. So in your case the policy you attempted to buy did not cover caravans. I hope that clears up any confusion. If you would like any further clarification please call the office on 01483 562 662
