Had to drive into town park pay to pick parcel up no help at all driver came once poor effort

I’m so sorry that you had an issue with the DPD driver. We do our very best to get orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible on a next day service with DPD. Unfortunately it looks like you have opted for the driver to leave your order at a drop off shop if you are not in when the driver delivers. Please check your DPD settings for subsequent deliveries with them so this problem does not happen again. If you would like to speak to DPD about this issue you can call their Customer Service team on
