We want to take this opportunity to assure you that Vaillant takes every precaution, from the initial design stage through to the final manufacturing process, to ensure that every product we produce is to the highest possible standard and can confirm there are no known issues with any products produced by Vaillant. Having reviewed your account, we can confirm we have never attended to your appliance since your installation. As a manufacturer without being given the opportunity of a first-hand inspection, it is difficult for us to comment on the problem that you have experienced or offer an explanation as to why the failure may have occurred. Your installer may be able to provide further information regarding the issue you have experienced since the installation. In addition, if you can ever smell gas, you should call the National Grid Gas Helpline immediately on 0800 111 999.
