Unfortunately, if the figures are incorrect or estimated this will affect the direct debit amount however, as long as we receive monthly readings we can review your payments. Please also check your online portal as the debt figure you have quoted is incorrect, you can see your updated balance on your main log in page and under "Your Statements" tab.
