Items can be returned in their original unworn condition for a refund if not suitable. If you don't have your original returns form, you can just pop a covering note inside the parcel with your order number, name, address, and a list of the items you are returning. I'd recommend keeping the receipt of posting your courier/carrier of choice provide once you have paid for your return, as this will allow you to track the status of your return.
