Although we don't send notifications when a parcel is delivered to us, your proof of postage will include a tracking number that you can use to check on the whereabouts of your parcel. Our Returns usually take 14 working days to process from receipt at our warehouse. Once processed we will pop you an automated email to let you know the funds are on their way and you can keep an eye out on your original payment method. We regrettably are unable to cover returns for customers outside of the UK, however for those based in the US we usually recommend using USPS which charges up to $30.00, based on the service used and of course this would depend on the location, weight of the package etc. This is the method many of our US customers choose to use. We're always looking for ways to improve, and this is something we'll definitely look further into whilst reviewing our international customers’ experience. We would recommend double checking with a few couriers for different pricing. You only need to ensure the parcel is tracked, not expedited. In regards to the fitting issues you did have, we are very sorry to hear about this. . Different brands, and even styles within the same brand, may fit differently depending on your individual breast shape, tissue softness, and even down to the fabrics and dyes used in the bras.
