Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that the items purchased did not offer the fit expected. Bra fitting can be tricky and we always recommend having a new fitting every 6 months as our bodies are constantly changing. There can also be differences in fit between sizes and styles which just complicates things even more! If you haven't already, we would advise trying our Bra Fit Quiz: https://us.curvykate.com/pages/bra-fit-quiz. You are also more than welcome to contact us via email at support@curvykate.com and we will be more than happy to assist s much as we can!
We regrettably are unable to cover returns for customers outside of the UK, however for those based in the US we usually recommend using USPS which charges up to $30.00, based on the service used. This is the method many of our US customers choose to use. Please note. it is outlined on our returns page on the US site that our office and warehouse is located in the UK and that all returns from overseas customers need to be returned to this address.

Item didn't fit, disappointed to find out they do not offer a return shipping label. Would have cost me more to ship back than the cost of the item. Ended up donating, feel like I wasted my money....
