They quoted me $300 then charged me $400, they did not care that i was overcharged. I would never buy from them again. Buy from Fanonline instead

Hi Dale, we appreciate you taking the time to submit a review and are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. The fan model in the original quote actually differs from the one purchased. The one purchased had an integrated LED light and was a different colour which would account for the price difference. The original quote therefore, cannot be applied if the product and quantity is changed at the point of sale. On the other hand, we are pleased to hear that you are overall happy with the performance of the fans.
