Fantastic customer service

Have bought prev. Good friendly service but delivery of new stock (from overseas?) was several weeks later than originally forecast.

Good on you guys! Keep it up.

Friendly and efficient service. Easy online ordering

The initial enquiry and pick up of the goods in warehouse was good. The staff were most helpful.

Ordered over the phone, arrived next business day.

Very quick to respond, very good delivery. The product is available cheaper elsewhere though. Technically, the recommended fan was very borderline on the supplied cutout details, it took some...

The guys are friendly, honest and know their products. Prompt delivery service too. I'd definitely recommend them.

Fan is great, took a little longer to arrive than what I thought it would but all good. Would recommend universal fans

Knowledge and service second to none as usual
