Geoff at Universal Fans was very helpful when it came to selecting fans for living and bedroom areas, and listening to me to know that t-hooks were required when fan is installed in a ceiling rose.
Ordering was easy and efficient. Customer support was amazing and you did what was relayed to me! Will definitely purchase from you again-thank you for a great shopping experience
Super helpful in answering questions and getting my delivery options worked out. Really friendly and prompt with phone calls and follow up emails. Would recommend.
