We had a great weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The boat was clean and just what we wanted sizewise. The route from Braunstone through 12 locks and 2 long tunnels, then back again...

Stress free, relaxing, fun, comfortable and can't wait to go again.

Second canal boat trip for us with a couple who have not been on this sort of holiday before (they had a superb time!). Far better hand over than we've had before, boat was in excellent condition...

Unpleasant!

The toilet aerator for the loo was faulty and the indoor stench was unbearable. Ruined our holiday! We were told on our return that there was a problem with it on the Saline. It would have been...

Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear this spoilt your holiday. You did phone the office within the first few days of your holiday complaining about the smell and were advised to get a pump out and we would reimburse you, which would of resolved the problem.

We were not advised about reimbursement of the pump out. Nonetheless, we did not find a pump out station enroute.

We cruised from Braunston to the Boat Inn. Took about 4 hours. Lovely trip,

Friendly and efficient team. The day boat is very easy to steer and manoeuvre. It is also quieter than other boats I have been on.
