It's important to note that the property is advertised for a maximum occupancy of 2 people, and it features a UK King-size bed. UK bed sizes differ from those in the rest of the world. The use of the sofa bed is subject to the homeowner's discretion, and prior permission is required. Utilizing the sofa bed without obtaining our consent contravenes our house rules. Additionally, we kindly request that our guests refrain from using the homeowners' linens, as we provide our own linens for your stay. Unfortunately, it came to our attention that you used them without prior notification. We initiated the deposit to assess whether there were any additional expenses associated with cleaning the homeowners' linens, considering their usage during your stay. Upon determining that the cost was minimal, we decided to refund the deposit and cover the expense ourselves. We appreciate your valuable feedback and encourage you to reach out directly when planning your next visit to London.
