Ordered blinds....... they got made incorrectly (width was made as height and vice versa) promised blinds would be made and delivered with 3- 4 days. its been over a week now and still not received....

Further to the above comments, I have now received the blind Track........DAMAGED IN TRANSIT!!! AWAITING RESPONSE FROM UNBEATABLE BLINDS.

As per our telephone conversation to the above comments, I would like to again apologise for the difficulty you have experienced with your order. A new track has been re-issued with an alternate courier and compensation provided as a way of an apology on behalf of the company.
We appreciate our customer feedback regardless of the nature as we can use this constructively to better our service.

Service was great, blinds received but had not tapes so they arrange collection to have tapes fitted and returns within in a week. Easy to contact my email and they kept me updated.
Easy to follow instructions on how to order & then fit your blind. My blind arrived within 5 days of placing order. Would use this company again. Recommended.

Ordered blinds twice in 2 weeks. The website says 3 days guaranteed, but the first order took a week. I called for the second order as needed them within 5 days and got told if I order before 12.00pm...

As detailed within our Shoppers Information pertained on our website. Wood venetian products have a estimated dispatch time of 3-5 working days (subject to stock availability), however there is also a 48hr delivery allowance on top of that.
