Hello! Thank you for providing feedback on your experience. We’re happy to hear your initial claim process went smoothly. Regarding your further claim for a condition that hadn’t been previously diagnosed or treated, we understand your concern. However, as your broker, we do not make claim decisions ourselves. Those decisions are made solely by your insurer based on the terms of your policy. We’re here to support you through the process and can assist in providing any necessary information to help you better navigate your policy. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Hi, Katherine! We are sorry to hear about your confusion regarding your health insurance policy. We have looked into this and are happy to confirm that your health insurance cover was seamlessly transferred to the new provider as per your husband’s instructions. This means that you didn’t have any period of no cover. Your policy documents will have also been sent to you to confirm the benefits available. We’ve advised our Appointed Representative who arranged your policy to contact you to address your question regarding the No Claims Discount. We trust this will help you better understand your health insurance cover but don’t hesitate to contact us directly for any further questions.
