Hi Herweg - I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived. The service to Austria is usually around 3-4 days. As I mentioned in my email last Monday, we're in a pandemic & the EU had closed its borders over the Christmas period. To compound this, the UK has left the EU and this may also be causing customs delays. As you chose to use the economy non-tracked service, we are unable to locate it & will have to wait 20 working days for it to be delivered until it's considered lost after which, we will happily replace it. Please see here for guidance as it may have been left with a neighbor or safe place. https://www.ukcolloidalsilver.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/ We have sent you three order updates and two emails.
