DPD did not even try to deliver. Box Was heavy for me

Hi Marlene,I'm so sorry you had problems with DPD delivering your order last month. After checking the logs. it seems they couldn't gain entry to the premises (A photo was taken) and left a card for you to respond to. Delivery was then rearranged at a nearby "Drop Shop" & collected from there. To aid deliveries, DPD always send emails & SMS messages prior to delivery & these were sent to you. The package is 3.8Kg (8lbs) but glass is heavier than plastic so you may be better buying plastic next time to reduce the weight. You can then transfer to glass bottles afterwards if you wish.After 22 years in business, we have used several couriers and DPD are simply the best by far & we have very few issues. I can look into this further if you wish but there are major driver shortages across all delivery companies & especially just before Christmas when you ordered.Kind regards Neil
