Room for improvement all round..

The on line booking service is fine the hotels need some improvement to decor, here is a staff shortage so some new staff not knowing where things or the service they can supply.

Due to illness unable to make trip,cancelled holiday but still had to pay

Unfortunately we are unable to refund when the cancellation is made on the same day that you are due to travel. We would always recommend to take out either our travel insurance or your own insurance to cover such cases.
