not enough information about the package. ie my first time booking i have no information about the package. tickets for the Albert Hall. are we escorted from the hotel .

Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry that you didn't receive the correct information on this occasion. We don't include a transfer with this break as the venue is only 3 miles from the hotel. We would suggest to take the tube which is six stops away on the Piccadilly line.
