My experience with the employees was exceptional, however your computer system *****. Trying to get emails to go through, etc took 1.5 hours on the 2nd visit/try, on the 1st day I changed accts it...

Had to come back multiple times
Not going into detail but they made it very difficult to setup and estate account for a family member.
