Poor to say the least. Over two weeks to arrive ( parts come from Germany the next day). No new 'O' rings supplied with the valve, no invoice and no receipt. Typical English service, well done.

Discontinued product - not told!!! Packaging ripped open and parts not secure inside. Hopefully all of the parts are there. I expected better from Triton.

Hi Karl. I will not be fitting the shower for a few days so do not know whether all the parts are there. Why was the product not shown as discontinued on your website? I am concerned that spares may not be available should I need them in the future.

Where a product includes a clearance notice, such as that we believe you are referring to on this occasion, this is to clarify the details of the 1 year parts and labour guarantee - which is advertised on the product listing. With regards to spare parts availability, our policy is consistent across our range, including clearance products – functional spares will be retained for any product for as long as there is a market for them and in most cases, well beyond.
