Hi Elizabeth, Thanks so much for your feedback. We apologize immensely that we were unable to secure the tickets. The supervisor wasn't available as she wasn't in office when you were transferred. She was contacted by the agents and she authorized a credit for your inconvenience. We were under the impression that you were satisfied with the credit on your account and no additional assistance was needed. She did return your voicemail Monday to follow-up.
