Had a doscount on tickets and it would not accept it. I could have saved $22 if it would have let me use it, in this day and time that would be a meal for our family.

We could see your concern. The check-in process to this particular show is very quick and only requires you to be there 30 minutes prior to show time. If you are interested in your seat location, please feel free to reach out to our customer service department. We would be happy to contact the theater to inquire about your seat assignment.

We do pass along your contact data to the hotels, shows and attractions you purchased and they may contact you regarding your order. They should not be contacting you to upsell, however.

Beyond that, Reserve Direct will only contact you as it relates to your order. Same goes for your purchases, only as it relates to your order, no upsells. Thanks again for the feedback.
