Great offers. Confusing follow up.

Helpful service and had all the options I needed. Confused however as, after I booked the tour and got my tickets, I kept getting emails reminding me to purchase?!? Either way, overall helpful.

No confirmation, card charged

Tour looked good. Booked it and received no confirmation but card was charged. Trip advisor tells you to contact provider for refund or cancellation.
