Changed my villa a week before we was due to go after booking nearly 17 months ago .

I am so sorry that your villa was changed. Changes are rare, but occasionally it is necessary to make these changes due to operational reasons which are generally because of a health and safety issue. We will always relocate guests into a villa of the same or better standard as close to the resort that was originally booked. We will contact you directly. I am sorry that your holiday was affected by Hurricane Dorian, unfortunately there was limited flight availability, however I am pleased that we were able to rebook your flights so that you were still able to travel.
