I'd book with Travelocity again. With more use I'd become more comfortable with their process.

Travelocity worked hard and honest and helped get my refunds when I did not expect it.

I was required to contact the hotel for something that was blatantly wrong.

I normally like Travelocity and always use it to make my bookings. This time it was difficult.

Were able to find the best price for a package trip to Cozumel at Travelocity, though wish the breakfast inclusion, which we had last year for the same trip, was available this year.
