I found them very helpful in all aspects with helping me with my booking

Very good follow up. Appreciate being to easily 'access' the same agent

Great customer service. Mia was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Looking forward to our first cruise with Travel Megastore. Communication excellent to date.

Excellent customer service, efficient, courteous and punctual. Highly recommend.

It was great and friendly

I sent an email & it was answered straight away & got back straight away with details I asked about.

Excellent, efficient service and communication as well as value for money

Carina Tran was able to give a cheaper price than Royal Caribbean. Also helps the rest of my family.

I chatted with Hazel and was able to answer all my queries and had some good options. Being a first time ocean cruiser she guided me well.
