Hi There, Thank you very much for your feedback- it is very much appreciated so we can improve our service going forwards. I am sure you have already been informed of this but in case you haven't, I'd like to offer an explanation. Due to the success and growth of our business, we have been integrating with a new stock management system since the end of 2019. This is a very big move for our company and means we are not currently in full control of our stock levels as the merge happens as three online systems are involved. Hi Lauren, Thank you for your review of Traffic People! We are so sorry to hear you weren't 100% satisfied with the refund process and hope this doesn't put you off shopping with us in future! Just so you are aware- refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed once they reach our warehouse and shipments can sometimes take up to a week to reach us once our customers have posted them back to us so this may explain why your refund took a little longer than you expected.
