As regards to the supplier at the venue, we have spoken with them and they have advised us that your check in was logged down as 15:07pm, meaning you would have been in their last session of the day, which was at 15:30pm, with this also being your briefing time with the instructor, which would have been completed at 15:50pm.
Unfortunately, the supplier at the venue has strict time scales they must stay within in agreement with the venue owners, and they do pass on their apologies if certain team members appeared stressed, but this is to ensure the events were operated correctly and safely, not just for yourself but for everyone else who was in attendance that day. That said, they have advised they will speak with their teams to ensure that standards remain as high as they can be in terms of service.
Furthermore, regarding vehicle availability, whilst you can suggest which vehicles you would like to drive on a certain experience, these will be subject to availability on the day. As we are the acting agency selling the experience on behalf of the supplier through our site, we have no representatives at event days run by the suppliers at the venue, so we are unable to provide specific availability information for certain vehicles ahead of time.
As regards to communication from their side, they have informed us that you were sent out an email from them which had their events number for the day listed on this, which was delivered to your inbox but not opened. In the circumstances therefore, omissions notwithstanding, we are satisfied that the supplier has endeavoured to ensure that you still had an experience in spite of mitigating factors such as traffic delays.
