I think the personal injury insurance was a bit pressure sold. I only wanted kit insurance but ended up with PI insurance as well

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry you were disappointed with the experience you received from Towergate Insurance. Our Personal Injury product is an extra which customers are under no obligation to take out but the vast majority do. Armed Forces personnel are often placed in situations where there is considerable risk of physical injury and we feel it perfectly complements our kit insurance product. As with all our products there is a 14 day cooling off period in which you are able to cancel if you are at all unhappy with your choice.
