Named delivery day is a useful feature. All business was conducted online, so the only contact I had was with the Palletline driver, but everything went smoothly.
The turf that was delivered contains a plastic netting. This was not explained on the website, I would not have purchased this product if I had been aware of this at the time.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our product. We do use a degradable netting in our turf that doesn't release toxins into the soil. I can see that my colleague has responded to your email with more detail. All feedback is taken on board and reported to the relevant parties.
