Excellent advice, service and delivery - driver was really helpful in offloading the bags onto the drive.

I am sorry that you have not had the experience that we would have hoped. I can see that this order was delivered on the day requested at point of order. I apologise if you had another order from us that was delayed. Due to the volume of orders we despatch each day it is not always possible to seen when there is a delay.
