Considering another supplier

I received a faulty cartridge and I was told they would add a new cartridge to my order. This did not happen and now they want photos of my printer message and details of the cartridge. I shudder...

Thank you for the review of your latest order with us here at TonerGiant. I can see you have an active case on our system, where my colleague is waiting for images for the faulty unit, which is standard practise for all our faulty items. This is so we can raise it with our manufacturers and normally negates the need for collection, making it a smoother process. Please can re-send the images as Jpeg files as per my colleagues email on the 16th, and we can get this sorted for you.
