They persuaded me to take a “compatible” item which didn’t work. They did not immediately accept a return and had to exchange a few emails before they agreed.

Hi There, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent order with us. I can see from the case you had active with us that this was raised with us around 2pm on Monday (Bank Holiday) so you were emailed asking for a couple of images on Tuesday 27th to see if the issue could be resolved with any troubleshooting advise. Once the issue was diagnosed, a refund was processed back to your original payment method at 938am on Wednesday to resolve your issue with us. I am truly sorry you are not satisfied with the speed and efficiency of our resolution, but please feel free to give us a call when you need a new toner, and I will get everything sorted for you.
