Hi There, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent order with us. As discussed when you contacted us during the issues you were having with the delivery, if a DPD driver has had a claim against them for leaving an item safe, and it not being able to be located, they are reluctant to do this again, even if it at our request. We use a variety of couriers, and we pass on any extra additional information that all of our customers pass over, to assist and make the delivery as seamless as possible for you.
