Thank you very much for your email. I am sorry to read of the difficulties you have experienced with your TM Lewin order. We have recently experienced a high number of fraudulent orders and have therefore been carrying out further security checks on all of our orders. I can understand your frustration but we feel that it is our duty to protect both our customers as well as our business. Please be assured we are not targeting you specifically and we do hope that this did not cause you too much inconvenience. I can assure you that we only ask for this once. We do sincerely apologise for any trouble this procedure may have caused. I do hope you understand that the amount of fraudulent activity has left us with no other option but to introduce these ‘last resort’ measures. Thank you for informing us of your experience.
