Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you were pleased with our service. Your feedback means a lot to us and helps us continue to improve. We look forward to working with you again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience with us, We will ensure your praise is feedback to our team of drivers. We will endeavour to collect your skip on your requested date, however, please note that many factors outside of our control may impact this, such as road traffic and mechanical failures and workloads. Apologies that you were not contacted in relation to this, our team do try to email every customer who will be affected. Our Skip Hire Order Guidance link which was sent to your email address at the time of the booking does advise collections can sometimes be delayed. We appreciate your feedback and thank you again for bringing this to my attention. Helen

If you would like to discuss this further please either call me on 01329 226170 option 1 and ask for Helen or you can email me direct on hspragg@tj-waste.co.uk. Many Thanks Helen
