I've had a look into your job and it appears that you have benefitted from our nationwide skip service! This means that we will regularly audit trusted suppliers to ensure that all customers no matter where they are in the country, benefit from the best service possible. I can only apologise that the skip arrived a day late, this is something that we ourselves were not made aware of by our supplier and I will contact them now to ensure that this doesn't happen again. Good Morning, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm pleased to hear that we were able to deliver your skip as requested, we strive for exceptional service. With regards to your collection, we are currently advising customers that our collections can take up to 5 days due to how busy we are. Our texts are automated once our Transport Operators and routed the job to a vehicle, if you received a number of these it appears that the routers were trying to get your job on different vehicles to get your skip collected ASAP and fit in with your time restrictions.
